Ms. Alana Hosein
Ms. Alana Hosein holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. She is a member of the Employers' Consultative Association (ECA) and the Human Resources Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT).
Alana has over sixteen years (16) years progressive working experience in Marketing, Agribusiness Operations and Human Resource Management, joining MTS in 1999 from the private sector.
She leads the Human Resources team and is responsible for the overall HR direction and leadership to meet the strategic objectives of MTS. She is responsible for delivering all HR services to the divisions, including training and development, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, talent management, employment policy and organisation design.
