Client On Boarding Process.

Once you decide our service is for you, the team has a detailed on boarding process designed to assign the right officer(s) for you or your company.

The team will interview you to determine your specific needs and protocol requirements. A complete threat assessment will be conducted including site visits to your office, home or other places you frequently visit (gym, hairdresser/barber, social spots etc.). The team will also conduct route analyses to and from your home and other locations frequently visited. Overall, we want to get a good determination of your level of exposure.

Based on the information you provide the team will assign the officer that best suits you and your lifestyle and will develop a detailed security protocol to ensure you get the best level of protection. A client liaison will also be assigned to you so you have the option to give on-going feedback on the service. Based on your feedback we can continue the service if you are 100% satisfied, or we can adjust the approach to better meet your needs if you feel something is lacking.
