Strategic objectives

  1. Maintaining Quality and Trust: Continue improving the quality of services MTS provides and the strong client and stakeholder trust growing from good governance. This is the foundation upon which MTS’ sustainability depends.
  2. Building on Strengths: This objective has two aspects.
    a. New Services and Clients: Broaden MTS’ sources of revenue by developing new specialised services and products targeting the acquisition of new clients and contracts.
    b. Engineering and Project Management: MTS has proven itself to be a reliable and trustworthy contract and project manager. This area is ready to be grown.
  3. Institutional Strengthening: Continue strengthening the institution through managing performance, training, developing a research and development capacity, and beginning digitalization by creating a state-of-the-art command centre and digitalised regional offices.
